All products are tested by their manufacturer in all areas.

The warranty for products sold from the pages of is valid within our company. Any shipping costs that result in the transfer of the product to and from our company are chargeable to the customer.

When shipping the products for review to our company, they should be properly packaged in their original packaging. Otherwise, they may be damaged during transport. If for any reason the original packaging does not exist, care should be taken to pack with a protective wrapper to protect the product from damage.

If the process is delayed for more than ten days, the product will be returned to the Customer without being checked and the freight costs borne by him.

Along with the products, there must be an accompanying document with the most detailed description of the damage or sent by e-mail to or to our company’s fax.

The technical inspection can take up to three business days. Upon completion of the technical inspection, the Customer is informed about the results and the continuation of the procedure.

If the product has been purchased by a company with a sales invoice, it must return to our company with a transport document, such as Shipment Bulletin. If the Customer does not have a corresponding document, there should be prior consultation with our Company’s Accounting Office.
