Each order is executed after telephone confirmation and given the availability of the products within the time period described below. Once the co-operating courier company or carrier takes over every package, the artistishop bears no responsibility for any delays that may occur until delivery of the package to the final recipient (Strikes, Force Majeure, etc.).

The dispatch number stated in the relevant document of the courier company is known to the client (by email or SMS) a short time after the receipt of the package by the employee of the courier company, which proves the timely execution of our order. For the above reasons, artistishop is committed to the timely delivery of parcels and not to the final delivery time of the package by the courier company.

The goods after their shipment from our company are traveling exclusively under the responsibility of the customer. This means that the customer should under no circumstances receive a parcel of cargo which has obvious external wear due to transportation.

You can pick up the products you ordered from our shop Loui Mark Shopping Center, Vathy Samos 83100 or Main portside rd, next to Port Office, Pythagorion Samos 83103- after contacting our sales department to confirm the availability of your order products. For orders that need to be processed before execution (eg products that you wish to receive tuned or cable lengths and custom-made plugs, etc.), you will only receive them when we inform you that the work and the good operation check have been completed.

The shop opening hours for product deliveries are from 9:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday and Saturday 10:30 to 14:30 except Sundays and public holidays.

If you wish you can execute your order by sending products to your place via Courier or Transportation. The courier company with which the artistishop works is SPEEDEX Courier.

It is possible, upon request, to ship goods with any carrier selected by the Customer, with the cost of transport being borne exclusively by him. To calculate the shipping cost of an order, the weight and volume of the selected products are counted.

Orders are sent from Monday to Friday at 15:00 and on Saturdays at 11:00, excluding public holidays. If an order is placed after the above shipping time, it is executed the next business day.

The reason for the deposit should indicate the number (or numbers in the case of multiple orders) of the order placed by the Customer.

For those orders placed in a “Credit Card” payment mode, the shipment is made after the identification of the cardholder’s details has been completed. The duration of the test may exceed 24 hours.

In remote areas, courier delivery is not yet feasible. In such cases the mail is sent by mail.

For items with a heavy weight the shipment with a travel agent is more advantageous. The charge ranges from 3.00 € for each package to 59 Euros, depending on the agency and the volume of the package.

Areas that are considered to be inaccessible by carriers, delivery / delivery will take place at your nearest store.

Artistishop reserves the right to refuse delivery by delivery. The delivery is valid only for courier shipments.
