Placing an order electronically through the e-shop
If you wish, you can place your order electronically through the e-shop pages. In order to place your order, it is not necessary to have registered first. You can simply enter the absolutely necessary information to process the order. If you wish not to enter your information each time or to have access to your previous orders, you must register in our online store through the relevant option in the upper right part of our website with the indication “Create an Account”.
When you register in the artistishop e-shop, you must enter the following registration details: Name, Surname, e-mail, Telephone, Address, City, Postal Code, Country, Region/Area and Security Code. In case the purchase is not made by an individual but by a company and you want to receive the products with a Sales Invoice, the Company Name, VAT Number, Tax Office Number and Occupation are also requested. Without this information, the order cannot be processed by the online store and is registered to be used to service your order. The Online Store collects the personal data only of Customers who have placed at least one order in the online store or who have registered through the account creation process as mentioned above.
The collection of the above personal data is also necessary so that Customers can enjoy special privileges and so that transactions can be completed through the e-shop. Such could include the sending of products to the Customer's premises, the ability for the Customer to view their order history, have a list of different addresses, etc. artistishop does not intend to distribute any Customer's information for marketing purposes without the prior consent of the Customer himself. Users' personal data may be used to create personal content, services and advertising related to our e-shop services.

Checking product availability
On each product page there is a relevant indication regarding the availability of the product. Products may be available, with the indication “Immediately Available” and next to it the number of products available in the warehouse. If a product is not immediately available, there is an indication regarding the current waiting status with indications such as “expected within 10 days”, “out of stock”, “upon order”, etc. You can be informed by phone about the possibility of delivery or you can send an email by selecting the corresponding button on the product page. In any case, artistishop reserves the right to inform the customer about the possible delivery time (there is a priority order for orders for products that are not available).
Submit an Order
When you have finished the product selection process and have added the products you wish to order to the shopping cart, you can display the shopping cart with the selected products. There you can change the quantities of the products (don't forget to press the update button next to the quantity) or even delete a product from the order. There you can also estimate the total cost of the order, including shipping costs, or check the use of a discount coupon or gift certificate (voucher).
We recommend that you carefully check the properties and characteristics of the products you have selected in the shopping cart so that you are sure that the products you order are the ones that meet your needs. If you are not sure about a product, you can contact a representative from the store's sales department by phone during business days and hours to clarify the necessary information. If for any reason you have doubts about a product, we recommend that you do not proceed with its purchase. Our company bears no responsibility for insufficient control of the products and incomplete information on the part of the Customer regarding the properties and characteristics of the products.
When you are finished checking and making changes to the order, click the “Buy” button to proceed to the final stage of the order.
Here you will enter the shipping and billing information for the Natural or Legal Person making the purchase, select the shipping method and payment method, as well as enter (if you have one) a discount coupon or gift certificate (voucher) code.
In the Shopping Cart you will see the products you have selected and below them the cost of the products, the order costs, VAT and finally, the total amount you must pay. Attention! The prices listed on the product page DO NOT include shipping costs.
You will also find information regarding payment, especially if you have selected Bank Deposit as the payment method.
If you have any comments regarding your order, you can enter them in the corresponding field.
After entering all the necessary information, proceed to “Place Order”, by pressing the corresponding button.
Once the order has been placed, an automated email message is sent to the email address you have specified from the artistishop online store, which includes confirmation of receipt of the order and lists its content. This automated message from the online store is simply a confirmation that the order has been placed with the content it states and in no way constitutes acceptance of the order or agreement on terms of sale. No modification of the order or new agreement for it can be accepted unless it is first recorded in writing and accepted by all parties.
Each order is executed in order of priority and given the availability of the products.
Telephone order
You can place your order by phone by contacting a representative of the store's sales department. For the security of your transactions and to be informed about the terms of use of the online store, you must first visit our website and accept the operating rules before placing your order by phone.
The prices listed on the pages of our online store are the same as those that apply to telephone orders.
When placing a telephone order, you should ensure that you are adequately informed by the store's sales department representative about the properties and characteristics of the products you are ordering, their guarantees and duration, the shipping method, the return policy, the total cost of the order, including the cost of expenses and, if you are an individual, about the right of withdrawal. Do not forget to request the order number to use it in the first instance.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you can only do so if it has not been invoiced and has not been delivered to the shipping company. Cancellation can be made by sending an e-mail (e-mail: info@artistishop.gr) or by telephone to a representative of our company. In order for your cancellation to be accepted, it is necessary to state the order number, whether it was placed online or by telephone. No order can be considered cancelled if we have not received confirmation in one of the ways and under the terms mentioned above.
If the Customer, before making the cancellation of the order, has already paid its value with one of the available payment methods and our company has already received the amount, then our company must, within fourteen (14) calendar days, return the amount to the Customer in the same way that you paid the price (by reversing the amount to a bank account, by paying cash, etc.).
In the case of an interbank transaction, any costs are borne by the Customer. In another case, where the Customer has given a payment order but the money has not yet been collected by our company (e.g. in the case of a credit card charge where the Bank has not yet paid the price to our company), then our company must, within a period of fourteen (14) business days, expedite the necessary actions and declarations to each competent body (e.g. Bank) in order to notify the cancellation of the Customer's order and the cancellation of the obligation to return the corresponding amount charged against the amount.
In this case, our company is considered to have lawfully fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of the charge will be based on the terms of the contract linking the Customer with this third party body (e.g. Bank). Our company bears no responsibility regarding the time of return or reversal of the relevant charge.
